Returns Policy

Faulty Products

If the watch arrives faulty or brakes within 30 days of receipt, we will accept a return and replace it with a brand new model.

To accept a return we have to be informed. We will provide you with a 4 digit returns authorisation number.

Unwanted Products

We will gladly accept a return of any un-faulty heart rate monitor if it is not as you expected. We will need to be informed of the return within 7 days of receipt, and the watch must not have been turned on. We advise that you make sure the watch is definitely what you want before use. We will provide a refund minus a delivery charge of £4.99.

Undelivered Products

If you wish to cancel your order during it's delivery, we are able to have it sent back to us for a refund. We will however deduct the delivery charge of £4.99.
