The FT60 is for people who want a great motivational tool for either fat burning, or fitness improvements. It comes with the brand new STAR training program, which gives you a weekly training target (2 hours in hr zone 2, 1 hour hr zone 3 etc...) it will then evaluate your performance and come up with a new target the following week. It also comes with the Polar fitness test and counts accurately the calories burned (with % of fat burned). The FT60 is also compatible with the new G1 GPS sensor (making it the FT60 G1) the G1 sensor uses GPS signal to provide you with speed and distance recordings throughout your training sessions. You can always add the G1 sensor at a later date.
