The adaptive training programme features weekly targets, feedback and guidance so you’ll achieve your training targets more efficiently and effectively.
The FT60 also comes supplied with the new Polar G1 GPS sensor which provides speed/pace and distance measurement for outdoor sports, for example running or cycling. The G1 speed range is 0-30km/h / 0-18.3 m/h.

The FT60 G1 is the FT60 with the G1 GPS sensor included. With the G1 sensor, the FT60 will give you extremely accurate speed and distance recordings as you train outdoors. It will display the recordings conveniently on the screen. The FT60 is a great motivational tool for both fat burning, and fitness improvements. It comes with the brand new STAR training program, which gives you a weekly training target (2 hours in hr zone 2, 1 hour hr zone 3 etc...) it will then evaluate your performance and come up with a new target the following week. It also comes with the Polar fitness test and counts accurately the calories burned (with % of fat burned).
