Here at Polar @ fitness megastore we take great pride with our customer relations. This is because we are not a large multimillion pound company, but a group of individuals who put a lot of effort into their work - and like to see happy customers as a result of it.
We are available on the phones between 9am and 6pm mon-fri. You can drop us an e-mail which is usually replied to within an hour if it is within working hours.
When you place an order, you will receive a 5 digit order reference. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the order has been processed, and one when it has left out warehouse on a 24 hour courier.

- Hi, I am writing with regards to an order I placed at approx 15:25 on the 19th March. I was told by the chap I spoke to that "if he hurried" he would be able to get the item out the same day as your courier had not yet been. At approx 15:30 I received an email advising that item had been dispatched. At approx 11:30 this morning (20/03), my doorbell rang with me finding my parcel had arrived. I just wanted to say thanks ever so much for such superb service. In todays world companies are ofton after money asap rather than thinking about customer service.
